Please read these terms before using stealthatfare.com ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you buy Premium, the sections on Premium, cancellation and refunds also apply.
Steal That Fare ("STF", "we", "us") is run by Henriett Fath, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, at 19 Willcocks Close, Wellington, Somerset TA21 8DL. You can contact us at contact@stealthatfare.com.
STF is a flight and hotel price comparison and search service. We help you find and compare deals, and link you through to airlines, hotels and third-party travel booking platforms where you can complete a booking. STF is not a travel agent, tour operator or ATOL holder, and we do not sell flights, hotels or package holidays. We are not a party to any booking you make. That contract is between you and the airline, hotel or booking platform you book with, and their own terms, conditions and cancellation policies apply.
Prices, availability and offers shown on the Site come from third-party data sources and are indicative. They can change quickly, can be a few hours old, may not include every fee (such as baggage or payment surcharges), and are confirmed only at the point of booking with the relevant partner.
Our Glitch fares page shows fares that look far cheaper than a route usually costs. These are possible mistake fares spotted automatically by our software; we do not check them by hand and cannot promise that any of them can still be booked. Mistake fares often disappear within hours, and an airline may cancel a ticket sold at a mistake fare (usually with a refund). Do not book non-refundable hotels or other travel until your airline ticket is confirmed with an e-ticket number. The glitch fare list is for your own personal use: you may not copy, republish or resell it, or use it to run a competing deals service.
You can create an account with your email address and a password. Keep your password secret, don't share your account, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 to hold an account or to book travel through our partners.
You can run a few searches without an account; after that we ask you to create a free account to keep searching. When you sign up you can choose to receive our weekly deals email. This is optional, the box is not ticked for you, and you can unsubscribe at any time from your account or from the link in every email.
A price alert checks fares once a day and emails you when it finds a fare under the price you set. Glitch fare alerts (Premium) email you when our scanner finds a new possible mistake fare from the cities you choose, up to a few emails a day. Alerts are a convenience, not a guarantee: a fare can be gone by the time you click, and we cannot promise an email for every fare that was ever available. You can turn alerts off at any time, from the Site or from the link in every alert email.
Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which deals we show you or the order we show them in. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Don't misuse the Site: for example, don't scrape or copy it at scale, disrupt it, try to get around the free search window or Premium features, share your account, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close an account that does. If we close a paid account for a serious breach of these terms, we do not refund the rest of the period.
We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays or cancellations of any airline, hotel or booking platform. Any dispute about a booking should be raised directly with the provider you booked with. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The Site's design, text, data compilations and branding belong to STF unless stated otherwise. Destination photos belong to their photographers and are credited where required. You may not copy or reuse our material without permission.
We may update these Terms as the Site develops. We will change the date at the top, and if a change affects Premium members in an important way we will email you first. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live.
